Greg Harte – Sr Minister/Director

Rev Greg is an ordained Minister and licensed by The International Centers for Spiritual Living (formerly Religious Science International.).

He is a 25 year student of Metaphysical truth and a 20 year Practitioner of Religious Science and has always had an interest in healing and metaphysics. His background in addition to being an avid student Ernest Holmes, Emerson and more included an in depth study of the Course In Miracles and Unity. Rev Greg says “Our teaching, if applied or really practiced, will awaken the giant, the imprisoned splendor that’s in all of us”.

Since the late 80’s, Greg has facilitated many training workshops in South Florida on prosperity, and healing using, to a large extent, the work of Louise Hay, author of “You can Heal Your Life”. It was the work of Louise Hay that Greg credits most of his early inspiration and his desire for Religious Science ministerial training. Greg’s diploma and the Hollywood Center’s Charter are autographed by Louise Hay. Greg is a Certified in addictions counseling and conducts seminars and workshops pulling information from all of these sources and the 12 steps to inspire his audiences.

Greg trained under Dr. Barbara Lunde of Boca CSL and Dr William Taliaferro, former Pastor of the Fort Lauderdale Science of Mind Center. “Bill Taliaferro was a great teacher, provocative in the best sense of the word. He caused me and so many others to really think. He left a lasting impression on all he touched”.

Greg has degrees and certifications in counseling as well as proficiency in other professions. He facilitated healing circles for HIV as far back as 1985 at Unity on the Bay (Miami) and created special programs to educate and empower people in both Dade and Broward Counties.

Over the past several decades Greg has been a successful Real Estate and Insurance Broker and Property manager. Fulfillment comes not with success alone as the world understands it, but through recovery, learning, healing, and Self discovery! Greg often says in his heart felt classes…. “The conditions in your life don’t have consciousness. You have consciousness!! There is nothing really holding you back. Except perhaps what you tell yourself” Visit our wonderful group who will remind you and encourage you to see and accept good in your life.

Marti Capodiferro, RScP – Practitioner

Marti began singing for the Miami Center for Spiritual Living, in 1993. She began attending conferences associated with our organization in 1995, and thus began her spiritual journey into New Thought. At the same time she was honing her musical talents and growing as a performer.

By 2000, she was a recognized singer and performer at conferences, and stepped up to become the Music Director at the Center. Her spiritual journey continued as she began classes, and eventually was licensed as a Practitioner in 2004.

In 2005 Marti and her husband, Andy, moved from Miami to the Lake Placid, Florida. Marti continued to drive the two hours each way on a regular basis until she turned the reins over to our new Music Director Karen Lewe in 2006. Marti continues to drive to Miami CSL once a month to participate at Sunday service as Practitioner and musician. She is a seasoned concert performer, and has graced the space in Coral Gables several times for a Sunday afternoon concert!

At this point in time, the lines between Musician and Practitioner have well integrated for Marti, she uses her spiritual training in all the choices she makes in her singing career. Each Sunday she now travels throughout Florida as a soloist for New Thought congregations. She also performs concerts at various retirement developments as well as churches and organizations in the Lake Placid area. Marti donates her talents to the Lake Placid Chamber of Commerce, the Elks, and other organizations that call upon her.

Marti decided to follow the music, and is blessed to be able to do so! We are happy to have her be a part of CSL Miami.
